We return to the Pyrenees and discover the IGP Vedella dels Pirineus Catalans. This IGP protects the production of bovine animals, mainly the bruna breed, producing meat renowned for its tenderness and differential quality. The cows and calves are reared extensively or semi-extensively, where the basic feed is pasture, which undoubtedly influences the characteristics of the meat.
